It accurately measures proper Rate, correct Depth and Full Release of the chest. And it will give you an overall percentage score.

You have already taken many CPR courses so you have been drilled on what to do. You have watched videos. You know it is 30:2. You know it is 1.5"-2.0" inches at a rate of 100 per minute (about .6 seconds per compression). BUT you do not know i what you are doing meets those guidelines.
